Harden Up Plan

When contacting insurance companies after a flood, don’t be put off if you can’t get through straight away. Try, try and try again. Think of all the other people trying to get through at the same time. It took me 3 months before I got my funds, and this is better than trying to fix things yourself in the meantime.
