Another tropical cyclone crossed the coast at Bundaberg on 17 February 1893 (six days after the previous cyclone). Floods caused the Brisbane River to rise again and at 10:20am 19 February came within 25 cm of the peak reached a fortnight earlier. Two children drowned. The cyclone induced tornado in Moreton Bay levelled a 20 m wide path in the forest, lifted boats out of water and blew down several houses. A house at Redcliffe was lifted and blown along some distance and buggies lifted into trees.  There were floods from Rockhampton to Grafton with six deaths. The storm surge was 0.61m in Moreton Bay on February 17.
